In observance of the day of mourning on April 25, 2025 Ukrainian diplomatic representations around the world are flying their national flags at half-mast. 

In addition, Ukrainian embassies opened Books of Condolence in memory of the victims of the criminal Russian attack on the civilian population of the city of Kyiv.

The Ukrainian Embassy in the Republic of Mozambique opened a Book of Condolences by e-mail to [email protected].
