Russian strikes on Ukraine’s energy systems are a deliberate attack on civilian life. 

Cold apartments, frozen pipes, stranded elevators, power outages in the middle of winter are terrifying. 

This would never happen if not for Russia’s terror. 

The international community must act now – increasing pressure on the aggressor and providing support to Ukraine.
