Russia launched a massive attack across Ukraine on October 30, targeting civilian and critical infrastructure. Russia used over 650 drones and more than 50 missiles of various types, including ballistic and aeroballistic ones.
In Zaporizhzhia, a residential building was destroyed. Russian attack killed two people. At least 17 people were injured, including six children.
In the Vinnytsia region, strikes on Ladyzhyn left the city without heat and water, and five civilians, including a seven-year-old child, were injured.
In the Cherkasy region, a Russian strike ignited a fire at a farm, burning 1,200 square meters of roof. One animal died.
In the Kyiv region, a drone strike hit a two-story house in Boryspil; a woman was hospitalized with multiple injuries.
In the Dnipro region, a Russian missile struck an infrastructure site in Dnipro city, while drone attacks against the region set fire to a residential house and an infrastructure facility.
In the Kherson region, debris from drones caused a fire at a private household.
Several cities in Ukraine's west, including Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, and Burshtyn, experienced strikes on energy facilities, causing emergency power outages across multiple regions.
Every Russian attack must have concrete consequences – sanctions and real pressure. We call on the U.S., EU and G7 to tighten measures on Russia’s oil and gas sector, its financial system, and impose secondary sanctions on those who finance the war.
